Mystics, Saints, & Sages

Escape the labyrinth that is keeping you in a pattern of feeling lost, disconnected, and in the dark. Join Deb and Melissa, a traditional Azorean folk herbalist with years of study in ancestral “Herbaria” knowledge, in this three-part series filled with deep-rooted Azorean practices and traditional Mystic folklore beliefs. In this series of classes, they will connect you to your guides, help you understand the energies that are surrounding you, and teach you how to clear your home of harmful and negative vibrations.

These classes were created with the goal to empower you with the knowledge that you have the ability to connect, to clear, to transform, and to understand that you are never alone in this world and that you are always surround by much divine light.

Session One: Building the Altar Without

In our first session you will receive a sacred vessel. Each vessel holds a beautiful framed image of your guide, an individually crafted tea blend and a holy candle.

Deb will go over your specific guide and explain why they have stepped forward for you. Melissa will go over the herbal tea blends that were specifically tailored to your Guide to help open spiritual communication between the realms of the living and the dead. Afterwards, we will build a traditional sacred altar with Our Lady of Fatima and The Sacred Moura with our holy candles, fresh flowers, herbs and your framed Guides. We will then have a ceremonial Tea Blessing with herbs that are selected specifically for clearings and will be accompanied by a sacred sound bath with crystal bowls. Deb and Melissa will provide guidance to help you feel confident in creating your own altars in your home and the rituals and blessings around altar worship.

Session two: Building the Altar Within

Our second session explores energies and how they work within and around you, influencing your life in ways wonderful and sometimes, unwanted. Deb will provide an overview of the different dark and light energies that can linger in and around a person, impacting their life and wellness. You will be receiving Deb’s favorite essential oil blends and she will explain how and when it is best to use them.

Melissa will assess each participant for elemental deficiencies and provide each participant with an herbal tincture that addresses their specific elemental deficiency and restores balance. Participants will also receive an artful altar card that provides encouragement and divine direction.

Session three: Protecting your Altar & Practice

Our third session addresses how to clear your home and altar of unwanted energies and to welcome the energies of light and blessings. Deb will demonstrate a home clearing and blessing in the traditional old school Azorean way--yes, she will be pulling out the frying pan! Participants will also receive their own “pan” and Holy Water, and will then learn about the different herbs Azorean healers work with during these clearings. Afterwards you will be assembling a home clearing mix of your own from the 13 different herbs available. Deb will then go over the Home Blessing and what you can use to call in the energies that are missing or lacking in your home and explain why she prefers Holy Water when calling in the blessings.
